Ms. Yining NAN, founding partner of Innotrack, delivered a presentation in the seminar “Global IP Strategy for Green Energy & Recycling Industry”

Green energy and recycling industry is absolutely a fast booming industry in China in view of the huge market size and pressing need of coping with the environmental issues. The market value is estimated to be closed to CNY 20,000 billion (USD 2,941 billion) in 2030. Although the industry is concentrated with technologies, number of patent applications and litigations filed by Chinese companies in China and abroad is far less than many other industries as well as their foreign competitors.

In Yining's presentation, she shared case studies on IP war among giants in communication industry and recent key cases in green energy and recycling industry. Yining also pinpointed some major legal risks in European and in the U.S. market and IP strategies in these jurisdictions.
